Tulloch is a machine-learning engineer who helped build Meta's AI infrastructure and train GPT-4o, GPT-4.5, and o3 at OpenAI. He later co-founded Thinking Machines Lab before returning to Meta's TBD Lab, where he works on superintelligence.
