Susan Zhang

Zhang helped build OpenAI Five, a reinforcement-learning system that defeated professional Dota 2 teams. At Meta, she was a lead author of OPT-175B, released with model weights and detailed training records so outside researchers could study a frontier-scale language model. She now works on model research at Google DeepMind.
