Yibo Zhu

Co-founder and CTO at StepFun AI

Zhu is a co-founder and CTO of the Chinese AI lab StepFun, working on machine-learning systems, distributed training, and computer networks. Before StepFun he was a researcher at ByteDance, where he built the BytePS distributed DNN-training framework, and previously worked at Microsoft Research and Google after a PhD at UC Santa Barbara.
