Adam Sadovsky joins Harvey as chief research officer

Adam Sadovsky announced on X that he is joining Harvey as Chief Research Officer. He said the legal field offers a consequential setting for turning advances in AI into tools for professionals.

Harvey said Sadovsky will lead its research efforts and help build AI systems for the professional domains it serves. The company is building a founding research team focused on model post-training—the work that adapts a general model for useful, reliable performance after its initial training.

Sadovsky joins Harvey after serving as a corporate vice president at Microsoft AI, where he co-led post-training and helped build the MAI-Thinking-1 reasoning model. He previously worked on Gemini at Google DeepMind.
