Aram Markosyan announced on X that he has joined NVIDIA as a Principal Research Scientist on the Nemotron team.
He said the role will focus on teaching machines to reason through science, code and agents. Markosyan was previously a Member of Technical Staff at Axiom, with earlier roles at Meta and Xilinx.
