Hanna Hajishirzi announced on X that she has joined Microsoft AI as a vice president, after serving as a Senior Research Director at Ai2.
At Ai2, Hajishirzi co-led the OLMo and Tulu projects and helped establish a model-development program built around releasing weights, data, code, checkpoints, and training recipes. She remains the Torode Family Professor at the University of Washington.
