Lance Fuchia announced on X that he had joined OpenAI in San Francisco. He said he would work on evaluations and FDE for startups on the Applied AI team.
Fuchia previously worked at Cognition on reinforcement-learning environments and post-training evaluations. His LinkedIn profile now identifies his OpenAI work as Research / RSI Evals.
