Maximilian Sieb announced on X that he had recently left OpenAI, where he worked on computer-use agents. He said the team took these models from struggling with basic interface tasks to shipping computer use in the main model series.
Sieb is now co-founding a company focused on putting agents to work inside companies. He did not name the company, so we are recording the departure without creating or attributing a destination.
