Nscale has agreed to acquire Anyscale, the company behind the open-source distributed-computing framework Ray. Bloomberg reported that the transaction values Anyscale at $1.65 billion.
The deal would add Anyscale's software for coordinating AI workloads to Nscale's data-center and GPU infrastructure. The acquisition has been announced but has not yet closed.
