Rohit Prasad became Chief Executive Officer of Boston Dynamics on October 7, 2026, the company announced in an October 6 press release.
Prasad previously led AI work at Amazon, helping build Alexa and leading development of its Nova model family. He left Amazon at the end of 2025.
Boston Dynamics said his appointment would help combine advanced AI with its robotics expertise and bring more intelligent machines into industrial and commercial use.
