Shivani Poddar, founder and CEO of Wajo AI, is now tracked in Turing Tree. In a September 28 post on X, Poddar introduced Fo, Wajo's personal AI agent. Wajo builds action agents—AI systems designed to take practical tasks through to completion, from scheduling and calls to coordinating bookings and purchases.
Before starting Wajo, Poddar was a Sr. Engineering Lead and Senior Staff AI Researcher at Google DeepMind. Wajo's own account of her background also includes earlier multimodal AI work at Meta and product work at Google Labs.
