Xuandong Zhao announced on X that he has joined OpenAI as a researcher after completing a postdoc at UC Berkeley / Berkeley AI.
He said he is looking forward to working on frontier AI models and agents on the road to AGI.
Zhao previously completed a UCSB PhD and worked as a Google research intern.
