Adcock is a serial founder behind the recruiting marketplace Vettery and the eVTOL aircraft maker Archer Aviation. In 2022 he founded Figure, one of the most prominent humanoid-robot companies, where as CEO he is building general-purpose robots already piloted with commercial customers; in 2025 he also launched the AI-hardware startup Hark.
